Biography
Dr. Gregory J Dunn has taught Project Management and other courses in the OSCE AiB B.A. and M.A. programs. He brings extensive global experience in higher education and business.
Dr. Dunn has served as dean or program director at several business schools in Central Asia, Italy, and India, where he led the development of new programs, partnerships, and international linkages. His research, consulting, and teaching focuses on organizational transformation, digital leadership, strategy, and entrepreneurship, particularly in emerging markets.
With expertise in international strategy, project management, and organizational foresight, Dr. Dunn has worked and started several businesses across countries in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, helping public and private organizations and leaders adapt to diverse cultural and institutional contexts and to align operations with long-term strategy and technology integration. He is a PMP holder and Team Lead for Project Management Institute’s GAC accreditation visits on three continents, and advises universities on AACSB accreditation and internationalization processes.
Dr. Dunn holds a PhD in Strategy & Policy from the National University of Singapore Business School and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
