On 21 April 2026, BA in Economics students from the 2024–2028 cohort visited the Tulpar Motors automobile plant as part of their academic program. The excursion provided students with an opportunity to explore one of Kyrgyzstan’s emerging industrial enterprises and gain firsthand insight into local manufacturing processes.
During the visit, students observed key stages of automobile production, including assembly and quality control, and learned about the company’s development, operations, and future plans. Representatives of the plant also shared perspectives on the challenges and opportunities within the domestic automotive industry.
The excursion offered students a practical understanding of how industrial enterprises operate in Kyrgyzstan and highlighted the growing importance of domestic production in the country’s economic landscape. It also allowed them to engage directly with industry professionals and ask questions about real-world business practices.
Overall, the visit was a valuable learning experience that connected classroom knowledge with practical observation and provided students with a deeper appreciation of the country’s developing industrial sector.
