On 15 June 2022, the OSCE Academy in Bishkek and Ibn Haldun University in Istanbul officially formalized the cooperation between the two institutions. The OSCE Academy delegation - Dr. Alexander Wolters, Director, Dr. Indira Satarkulova, Deputy Director, and Victoria Orazova, Head of International Office, met the delegation from Ibn Haldun University – Prof. Atilla Arkan, President, Prof. Yaşar Sarı, Director of Haydar Aliyev Center for Eurasian Studies, and Enes Yalman, Director of International Office, at the premises of the Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University.

On 7 June 2022, a group of students from Northeastern University, USA, visited the OSCE Academy as part of their trip to Central Asia. Dr. Indira Satarkulova, Deputy Director of the OSCE Academy, welcomed the students and introduced them to the activities and projects of the OSCE Academy.

On 3-5 June 2022, the OSCE Academy hosted a workshop titled "Development Policy in Practice: Major Global Trends and their Relevance for Central Asia," organized for students and graduates of the OSCE Academy and AUCA with work experience in development. On 26 May 2022, the OSCE Academy Director Dr. Alexander Wolters addressed the OSCE Permanent Council within the Annual Report presentation of the OSCE Programme Office in Bishkek delivered by Ambassador Alexey Rogov. Following Ambassador Rogov’s speech, Dr. Wolters presented developments that have taken place at the OSCE Academy since June 2021.
