Biography
Dr. Anara Momunalieva is a Teaching Fellow in the BA in Economics Programme at the OSCE Academy in Bishkek. She has extensive experience in higher education, programme management, and digital transformation in education.
She is also a Project Manager on Digitalization at the University of Central Asia, where she leads the development and implementation of institutional digitalization strategies and coordinates initiatives related to artificial intelligence in education. Her work includes training faculty and staff across multiple countries and developing online and blended learning programmes.
Dr. Momunalieva previously held teaching positions at the American University of Central Asia and Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University, and served as Programme Manager at the Kyrgyz Republic Japan Center for Human Development (JICA project), where she coordinated international training programmes and partnerships.
She holds a PhD in Management from Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University, with a research focus on higher education quality management. She also earned an MBA in Financial Management and a BA (Cum Laude) from the American University of Central Asia.
Her research interests focus on enhancing higher education quality through digital transformation, artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship, and innovations in teaching and learning.
