On 7 July 2026, the OSCE Academy organized a masterclass on research and data analysis in the field of climate and green energy, led by Dr. Rahat Sabyrbekov, Research Fellow and Coordinator of Jean Monnet Module project on “European Climate Policy – EUCP 2023-2025.” Currently Dr. Sabyrbekov is a Visiting Scholar at Harvard University, Data Scientists at Bentley University, and Expert in environmental economics and data analytics. This masterclass was designed for scholars, practitioners and researchers interested in research in climate policy, green energy, and sustainable development. Twenty participants learned about scientific research methods, key data sources, and modern tools—including artificial intelligence—for collecting, processing, and analyzing data. The event combined the lectures with a hands-on session, where participants had an opportunity to apply their knowledge to real-world data.
