Biography
Mr. Javlon Juraev is an economic and financial analyst and former Senior Lecturer at the OSCE Academy in Bishkek. He has professional and academic experience spanning Central Asia and Europe, with a focus on economic governance, development, and applied econometrics.
He served as Senior Lecturer at the OSCE Academy from 2022 to 2024, teaching and contributing to academic programmes in economics and development. Prior to that, he held teaching positions at Westminster International University in Tashkent and Tashkent State University of Economics.
Mr. Juraev also worked as a Visiting Research Fellow at the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI), where he contributed to research on energy, governance, and environmental issues.
He holds an MA in Economic Governance and Development from the OSCE Academy in Bishkek and a BSc in Economics from Westminster International University in Tashkent.
His research interests include economic governance, corruption, renewable energy, and environmental sustainability, with a regional focus on Central Asia.
