Rysbek Kurmanov joined the OSCE Academy in November 2011. Before joining the team of the OSCE Academy, Rysbek worked as a System Administrator of the University of Central Asia in the Central Administrative Office under the Aga Khan Development Network in the Kyrgyz Republic. Rysbek has received his BA degree from the Kyrgyz Technical University.
