Alina Alymkulova graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Ataturk Alatoo University and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Academy of Management under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic. She has been a dedicated member of the OSCE Academy team since 2017. With a strong focus on human resource management, she serves as an HR Specialist.
