Adina Rashidova has been working as a BA Programme Specialist at the OSCE Academy in Bishkek since August 2026. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University (2022). Prior to joining the Academy, Adina served as C5+1 Youth Council Program Coordinator at the Center for Civic Engagement under the American University of Central Asia, from November 2023 to February 2026. Previously, she worked as C5+1 Youth Council Alumni Coordinator at American Councils for International Education in Kyrgyzstan from January 2022 to September 2023. In both roles, she contributed to the implementation of this program, funded by the U.S. Embassy in the Kyrgyz Republic. With five years of experience in program coordination and project management, Adina has coordinated regional education and youth development initiatives across Central Asia and Afghanistan. In July 2025, she facilitated workshops as a Teaching Fellow on adaptive leadership, communication, and teamwork during the CEU Summer School in Budapest, Hungary. Adina is also a recipient of several awards, including a scholarship from the Konrad Adenauer Foundation and the President’s Award at Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University.
