Jannat Isakova joined the OSCE Academy in Bishkek as a Junior PR Specialist in August 2026. She holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

Prior to joining the OSCE Academy, Ms. Isakova gained professional experience in marketing, communications, and corporate operations in Kyrgyzstan and the Netherlands. She completed a marketing internship at Bakai Bank in Bishkek and later worked at Richemont in Amsterdam, where she supported corporate communications, events, sustainability initiatives, and cross-functional projects in an international business environment.

As Junior PR Specialist, Ms. Isakova supports the Academy’s external communications and visibility, including public relations, content development, event communications, and the preparation of public-facing materials. She also contributes to the implementation of the Academy’s communication strategy and the promotion of its academic programmes, events, and initiatives.
