Aiganysh Niyazalieva has joined the OSCE Academy in 2019. She is currently working on her doctoral thesis on the topic: “Problems of efficient use of water resources in the development of the energy sector of the Kyrgyz Republic.” Aiganych holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Economics from the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University. She is working on her Ph.D. thesis in Economics and Management of the National Economy at the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.
